We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Standard UK delivery is £4.99, with free delivery when you buy any five or more items.
Same-day dispatch before 2 PM
Orders for in-stock products placed before 2:00 PM UK time, Monday–Friday, are dispatched the same working day, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed at or after 2 PM, at weekends or on bank holidays are scheduled for the next working day. Dispatch means your order leaves for delivery; it does not mean same-day delivery.
Our countdown uses UK time and adjusts for GMT and British Summer Time. Payment checks, an incorrect address or an unexpected stock issue can delay an order. We will contact you if an issue affects dispatch.
Delivery charges
- Standard UK delivery: £4.99 for orders containing fewer than five items.
- Free UK delivery: applied automatically at checkout when your basket contains five or more items.
You may mix products or buy multiples of the same product. Each product quantity counts as one item. A multipack sold as one product counts as one item, not the number of individual bars, bottles or servings inside it. Orders must be delivered to a UK address.
Delivery estimates
Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 working days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Available services, charges and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout. Bank holidays, remote locations and carrier disruption may affect delivery.
Tracking and delivery issues
Where tracking is available, details will be included in your dispatch notification. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact sales@primesupplements.uk with your order number. Please check your delivery address before ordering and contact us promptly if it needs correcting.
International orders and collection
We do not currently deliver outside the UK or offer Click & Collect.
